The Vision
Dear friend,
As the years go by, I realize more and more the joy it is to set the table with nourishing, homemade foods almost every meal of the week. From simple soups & sourdough loaves to three course meals with delicate treats. Some of my favorite recipes are the warm soups, granola bowls with homemade yogurt, and freshly squeezed juice!
As I've become more mindful about what goes in my body and intentional about nourishing it with the right foods, I’ve noticed a huge difference. I have more energy. My skin is clear. Stomach discomfort is rare (usually only when I eat out multiple times a week…which is also rare!). And being in the kitchen is something I look forward to. Cooking from scratch shouldn’t feel like a chore. It’s my goal to help you find joy in cooking and baking.
